Brandy Snedden, DVM is an equine veterinarian with a strong background in both clinical practice and hands-on horsemanship. She earned her undergraduate degree in equine science from Otterbein College and received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University. She later added certifications in equine acupuncture as well as equine medical manipulation.
Dr. Snedden grew up in Newark, Ohio, where she was actively involved in the Licking Valley Raiders 4-H Club and Hunter’s Run Pony Club fostering an early passion for horse riding and husbandry. She owns and works with a diverse group of horses and brings extensive experience as a rider and driver, having competed in eventing and dressage and is currently enjoying combined driving.
Her veterinary approach is shaped by this practical experience, allowing her to blend medical expertise with an understanding of training, performance, and long-term soundness.
